By booking or attending any event, workshop, class, course, talk, demo or other activity hosted by Grinn Ltd., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Data Protection:
Your data will be collected for the following reasons:  to inform you about the event; to communicate directly with you about the event;  to tailor and deliver the event you book/attend;  to inform you about future events/activities/news related to Grinn Ltd. 
Your data will never be made available to any third party, organisation or any other body.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to remove any records of your data, at any time (please note that if you do so whilst you are enrolled in an event or have an active booking for an event, it will impact our ability to deliver the course and communicate with you about the course).   By booking an event or attending an event, you are indicating that you have read and understood our data protection policy.  
Bookings
Bookings are on a per-person/individual basis, not a per-family basis.  All events are only for adults over 18years of age, unless otherwise indicated.
Liability

Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates accept no liability for any losses, injury, damage or other, related to i) entering our premises at 99 Main St., Largs; ii) attending any event at 99 Main St. Largs or elsewhere as organised by Grinn Ltd. iii) any usage of the website or other assets. 

Events and information included or available through the website/shop/events may include inaccuracies or errors. Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates do not declare or guarantee that the services or contents will always be available or uninterrupted, that they are free of errors, that the defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server that makes our website / bookings available are free of viruses or other harmful components. This is without prejudice to the fact that Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates make every effort to avoid this type of incident. Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates decline any responsibility in case of interruptions, or a malfunction of the Services or content offered, whatever their cause.  
Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates shall not be liable for injury to anyone or for any damage or loss caused during any on-site event at 99 Main St., Largs or whilst shopping on premises at 99 Main St., Largs.  Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates shall not be liable for: (a) losses that were unforeseeable by both parties when purchases/bookings were made; (b) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates liability for direct losses arising out of our negligence, breach of contract or any other cause of action in connection with booking an event, attending an event, or buying a product shall be limited to the total amount that you have paid.   Grinn Ltd., does not provide an allergy-free environment and by attending an event or attending our premises you accept all risks associated with any allergies or intolerances you may have, known or otherwise.  Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses or injuries due to any allergies, known to you or otherwise.

Other
Grinn Ltd., its partners, directors and affiliates may use photographs of the premises at 99 Main St. Largs whilst open, including shopping times and event times, for social media and other purposes.  Please make us aware if you do not consent to your image being used, we will always ask at the time as well, that's only courteous!
